We've paired our crisp, white balsamic condimento, aged up to 12 years with the floral notes of the superlative Alfoos for an amazing flavor sensation. Drizzle over steamed rice to add a beautiful sweet fruitiness. This Balsamic is also delicious in dressing, vinaigrettes, salsas, glazes, reductions & fruit salads. Makes a great marinade for chicken, shrimp & pork! Pairs well with Picual, Arbequina, Persian Lime, Blood Orange & Harissa olive oils.
