Collected in the foothills and mountains of North Carolina, this bee pollen reflects a diverse range of seasonal blooms. Lightly sweet with a subtle floral taste, it’s often enjoyed sprinkled over yogurt, smoothies, oatmeal, or salads for added texture and color.
Note: Not recommended for those with bee allergies.
This is a new seasoning for us to try and so far it is just as wonderful as the Tuscan Farm House seasoning that I use so much.
