This South American inspired dip can also be used as a marinade or condiment for grilled meats and vegetables.
For Dip: Mix 2 parts of your favorite Natural Olive EVOO and 1 part of your favorite Natural Olive Balsamic Vinegar and add a dash of Chimichurri Bread dip. Serve with slices of slices of warm crusty bread or fried plantains with a side of goat cheese. For best flavor, let the dip set for 30 minutes at room temperature.
